WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

As a member of clubhummel you'll get free shipping on all standard deliveries. If you are not a member of clubhummel, we offer free delivery on all orders above 50 EUR. For orders with a value of EUR 50 or more, the postage costs of EUR 3.45 are waived. The postage costs do not count towards the order value but are shown separately during the ordering process.

WHO DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE?

Orders are sent by DHL to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message. If you are not at home when DHL arrives with the package, it will be delivered to the nearest courier and they will be responsible for notification.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver within 1-3 business days. Please note that during sales periods, holidays, and promotions the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.

You can track your order by using the Track & Trace number provided in the dispatch confirmation e-mail which is sent to you alongside your invoice e-mail. 
 

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We deliver to Germany. We do not deliver to Helgoland or to Büsingen. If you would like a delivery to Austria, order here: www.hummel.net.
